Can u swap the entire body from a 1987 cherokee
i don't know for sure if they made any changes in body mounts between 87 - 93 but i would think you could
check to make sure all body mounts are in same place(where body meets frame )
make sure you measure distance between mounts because they could just be few inchs off (even if they are few inches off could make it work with a welder)
if every thing checks out ok then yes it should not be a problem
although this won't be a easy project you need to remove all wires that lead from frame to body and anything bolted to body etc. also you need some way to lift body off frame

How do you change the radio in this vehicle
Not difficult... Remove the front dash cover (check for visible screws and remove them then pull gently but firmly on the cover)...the remainder should be held on by push in clips.
The radio itself is fastened by two bolts at the front. Remove them and slide radio out and disconnect harness and antenna leads. On an aftermarket radio, you will usually need an adapter harness which should be available where you bought the radio. Depending on the radio, you may also need an adapter face plate to mount it. Follow the wiring diagram for the harness that came with the radio.
If factory, just plug it in and put it back together.

Hi and welcome to FixYa!
Sounds like you have a faulty TPS (throttle position sensor). If the TPS is faulty the fuel burning is quite unusual. Have it replaced and you'll be good.
Hope you find this information helpful enough and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

I put new brake booster an mastercylinder an still
You did bleed out the master cylinder?? You need to check the system for leaks and make sure the front and rear brake pads/shoes are in good condition and that there is no air in any of the calipers or wheel cylinders and that when you press on the brake pedal that the fluid is actually getting to them.
(bleed those too)

How to install a headlight
Locate the headlight bulb in the engine compartment, in the rear of the
headlight assembly. It has a wiring harness connector attached to it.
Remove the wiring harness connector from the bulb. Release
the locking tab on the connector and pull it off the bulb. Lay it aside
Locate the locking ring on the back of the headlight assembly. Turn the
lock ring 1/8 of a turn counterclockwise to release the lock from the
headlight assembly. Remove the lock ring and set it in a safe place.Remove the headlight bulb from the headlight assembly, pulling it
straight back toward the engine. Discard the old bulb, unless you are
reusing the bulbs in the Jeep.Insert a new bulb into the headlight assembly. (Be careful not to touch
the glass when handling the bulb. The oils from your hands can cause it
to overheat and shatter.)Install the headlight lock ring onto the headlight assembly and turn it
clockwise 1/8 of a turn to lock the bulb into the assembly. Connect the
wiring harness connector to the new bulb, ensuring that it seats
completely on the bulb.Move to the opposite headlight and repeat the process to replace the
second bulb. Turn on the lights to verify they are working correctly.

I took the after market alarm out of my rig and
Is your Jeep an automatic or manual transmission?. Is the starter working? If the starter is working, then we must look for a fuel shutoff or ignition cutout feature. The alarm had to have a relay somewhere. Look for a relay that doesn't look like the other factory relays.

Will not start
The starter isn't fused but I'm sure that the starter solenoid is, so you need to check fuses and preferably with a multimeter since sometimes their failure isn't very visible.

93 jeep cherokee country 4.0
Hello crichardson.
OK, here are all the things to check for.
Spark on all ignition wires,
compression test all cylinders,
ignition timing,
good fuel(not old or contaminated),
injectors firing (have voltage pulse).
Is the crankcase flooded with fuel? Smell the oil. Drain it if it's full of gasoline and put in fresh oil.
I have seen spark plugs that have been flooded that won't fire, even if they look clean.
If the distributor cap and rotor are old...toss them, they are cheap to buy new. Old ones can crossfire internally and rotors can short to ground.
Putting your fuel pedal to the floor while cranking shuts off the fuel injectors. This is called "clear flood mode"
I am telling you this for two reasons.
One that it may be handy to get it started and two to tell you that a shorted throttle position sensor can cause a no start.
Are there any codes stored in the computer? If there is, start there. It may lead you to your no start issue.
There you are, a few ideas, I hope that one of these helps get you running again.
Thank you for using FixYa.

HOW TO FIX A BLOWN HEAD GASKIT?
Buy a gasket kit for the upper end. Remove the valve cover intake and exhaust manifolds. Remove the head bolts. Remove head and clean up block from old gasket material. Take the head to a machinist and make sure that it is not warped. If it is warped either replace the head with a new one or have it machined true. Install new gasket and get torque specs with new head bolts and follow torque sequence using the correct torque specs. Clean exhaust, intake and valve cover of old gaskets. install new gaskets and torque according to specifications.
