well seems i would normaly says its the coil but i have my fellings after reading all your info that you may have a dead short leadings to your coil, a dead ecu or a bad coil... hear is why if you replaced the relay and found 2 clicks then the system arched voltage back through the wire untill it fried your relay so i feel that your problem is after the relay, not before you will need a wireing diagram to test your wires, this is where i would start simply because its the cheapest thing to start with. once you have checked the wires if that is not it I can get you a test procidure to eliminating the ecu as the fualt I will have to have a little more info than just the modle and year... Modle, year, engine size, sohc, dohc ????

Really need a scanner...try auto zone or similar store. They have a scanner they can plug in and read/erase codes. You can try and take negative off battery for a bit then hook back up...

You may have a defective ignition starter switch. Have that tested.

Well sort of. There is no connector under the dash prior to 1996 on most models. A tech would pull out the computer under the seat on Honda cars and it has blinking lights to get the codes. Do an internet search for checking codes for 1995 Honda.

95 Accord is pre-obd 2 and will probably need dedicated Honda diagnostic equipment. There was no requirement at that time to use a standard connector or to place the connector within reach of the driver's seat as with obd 2. You must find out if all the power from the distributor is getting to the plugs & the proper fuel PSI is being INJECTED into the motor (are the injectors INJECTING the proper psi at the right time or are the PLUGS FIRING properly? Poss? cam/ crank sensor, Not a steady Honda man but start w/ the basics. You got a reliable one there. check Fuel PSI, Air. Gas PSI, Spark & codes usually reff to electronic problems.
