Major clicking when car is in a turn especially on

Sounds like you have a bad CV joint. The rubber boots on these joints have a tendency to crack letting the grease out and corrosive material in. It's time to replace the joint.

Cant get fuel to engine

Primary cause would be the fuel pump and/or the fuel filter, after that it gets a whole lot more complicated, especially if fuel injection is involved.

1995 suburu impreza, constant loss of engine power

I would take out all the spark plugs and perform a cylinder compression test and compare the results of your engines compression to a repair manuals specs and see if the results sumwhat coinside, if you find the compression to be considerably low across all 4 cylinders i would check your timing belts condition and make sure all the timing marks line up its possible your belt is worn and could have jumped out 1 tooth of valve timing causing extreme power loss in the engine.....

I NEED TO FIND WHERE

The thermostat is located on the bottom of the water pump. If you fallow the lower radiator hose to the plastic housing that bolts to the bottom of the water pump and remove the two bolts that hold it to the bottom of the water pump you will be able to change to thermostat. A 10mm socket will work to remove the bolts. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa

Just finished a rebuild/swap on

Take the temp sensors off the old engine, if you can find them, I don't where they are, I think they are on top. But that is the least of your worries, won't crank over??? What happened? Was the engine rebuilt, or did you get another engine to drop in there? Did you check the starter? Does it do anything at all? Is the battery good? Negative grounded and all? I just swapped out an engine on a 96 outback, I really expected to make an all day affair and 30 trips to the parts store. That engine dropped in, fired up and was gone. Couldn't believe it. I did read a horror story about a guy with an wrx and he had to rewire the computer,?,,, what a nightmare. I wrote him and asked him if we had to do the same, he said, blah, blah, blah, no I know why he had to, he didn't. Hope this helps.
