Depends on which belt - if it's the timing belt, no, the engine will no longer run, and if you have interference engine, you can ruin your engine. If it's the power steering belt, yes, you will just loose power steering. If it's the alternator belt, yes, for a while, until your battery runs out of power. If it's the air conditioning belt, yes, the car will run.

CAR WENT OFF ROAD AND
It's possible that you could have jumped timing, normally I would assume that the fuel pump cut off switch was tripped but if your plugs are wet after cranking that indicates thet you are pumping fuel through the injectors

I am going to guess at this one since there is limited information to go on. I suspect from your explanation that it is electrical since you mention "there i s no clicking noise" Remove the battery cables (negative first to avoid grounding of the tool) and clean both the posts and cables. Reinstall the cables (negative last to avoid grounding of tool). If this is the cure it may take some time to realize since - as you say " it will start for long periods of time" Hope this helps. Let me know. Thanks.

Tachometer on 93 subaru not working?
The most common reason for the failure of tachometer on 93 Subaru Legacy is related to the connection of ground wire. Ensure that the ground wire has not become faulty because of wear or corrosion. In case the wire is not functional, it will need to be replaced without which the tachometer circuit will not be complete.

All wheel drive, 5speed manual,3.5 engine.
Your clutch has a concentric bearing situated inside the gearbox, oil all over means that the seal broke and when you pressed the clutch the liquid went into the gearbox, onto the disc and than out through small gaps that are always there in the gearbox. Solution is simple but time taking, you need to remove the gearbox, take out the cylinder, examine the seal, replace it, bleed it ( not like normal clutch only by releasing air via nipple), examine for any leaks and than put everything back in with a new clutch.

Check eng lit on how
If that actually repaired the fault the code should reset after several starts however, there are 2 other ways. 1, Go to Auto Zone or Advance Auto and ask them to read the stored codes, if those codes are the same show them the receipts for the parts you purchased and sometimes they will reset the code for you. 2, Remove the negative battery terminal from the battery for 1 min then reconnect it. This will rest the computer in the vehicle.

No easy way to say this but rebuid or replace. No easy way to go around this. Your best bet is go to a junk yard and find a replacent. Cost is up to the junk yard. But it is cheaper to replace than fix. But do not get a trans with to many miles on it, it may fail you later.

In this car the power is transmitted to the rear wheels by a viscous coupler - something similar to the coupler in a automatic transmission. It it doesn't sends the power immediately then it's worn out: the oil inside it as the clutch plates are worn out and will have to be replaced. The coupler must be removed from the car, dismantled and refurbished. It will cost you around $250 for parts plus the 4 hour labor by the shop.

You may have a problem with your AC compressor if the bearings are bad they can rob a lot of power from your engine.

I have a subaru auto and i dont have revers when
OK, the first step you have already done, checked the fluid level, and flushed and filled the auto transmission fluid, I gather.
The second thing I would try to have done is to have the transmission rebuilt, if the first solution doesn't work.
I know this costs a lot, but if you plan on keeping the car this is the only solution.
The linkage may be worn out or more likely, the solenoid inside the transmission is acting up.
Or, the clutch is worn out for reverse.
It's most likely a solenoid, but the transmission must be torn down and rebuilt to rectify the situation.
Try a local automatic transmission repair shop.
Good luck on this repair.
