It sounds like neutral safety switch (park/neutral issue) 1 question; Does the car have anti theft device? Same symptoms is anti thereof device is active.

Could be water is pooling inside one side of your trunk from a loose sunroof drain hose or power antenna drain hose. Check the drain hoses to make sure they are draining water down under the car and not into the trunk.

this code is not listed in the toyota OBD codes ,anyway try cleaning the sensor connections under the front two seats ,you will see some connections ,,disconnect battery and the take these connections apart and clean and run with a soft lead B pencil and see what happens
I need to know what does this code p0442 means?
P0442 Means you have a leak in your EVAP system.
The EVAP system prevents gas vapors from entering the air .
This code can be set by a leak in the lines or a clogged charcoal canister.
Most common reason is If you did not put your gas cap on all the way.

No spark on plugs
That would be the coils. Check that they are connected and also check the fuse box under "ignition" or "motor". If you already tested all the plugs and all of them don't work, it ussually is the fuses. Another thing that will cause this is the alarm. Make sure it is disabled to turn off the kill switch. Sounds like the U-joint needs to be replaced. If you are not mechanically inclined, this would best be left to a qualified mechanic.
My internal lights keeps blowing 10A fuse on lexus
Are the globes you are using internally the correct rating ? Normally a short will blow the fuse immediately.
Also are you sure the 10A fuse is the correct AMP rating ?
Doulbe check both these with either your owners manual or a Lexus dealer.
If both these are correct you will either need to trace, test and check the related wiring yourself using a standard voltmeter (from fuse contact in the fuse box to the globe contact). Check for stable currency and AMP readings. Note the AMP readings for the answer to the above questions.
Auto electric are generally a nightmare, with all the various colour coded wires running inside wire harnesses, making them difficult to trace with out a full wiring diagram for the vehicle
have an auto electrician check it out for you

Hopefully,you can let it relearn itself.You will most likely have to try and drive it,the longer it runs,it will relearn,but if it does not,the dealer,will have to reprogram the computer.
