I'm not really familiar with your car, but I thought that I should offer this up as a Good Samaritan....
If your rear seat(s) will flip down, do so and open the trunk from the inside. Then determine why the over ride switch isn't working. The trunk button should be worked manually when you get the trunk open. Lubricate the lock and locking mechanisms with graphite, and not oil. You can get graphite at Lowe's, H/Depot or similar, in the lock dept. You can also get it at craft supply stores (Hobby Lobby). They sell it there for the Cub Scouts "Pinewood Derby" race cars.

After I asked shop to check my 2002 LEXUS ES300, trunk release switch is not working. The shop owner said, he did not touch there, only check passenger side air bag. I checked in glove box, but switch is push in (turn on). Now, it only works with the key and remote. How can I fix this?

Might be it's starter yeah, maybe solenoid.

You need to check underneathe the steering in the fuse box for the lighter fuse and change it...Thats whats causing it not to work.. Its the Cig fuse.

The Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) on the 4.0L 6cylinder engine is bolted to the top of the oil pump drive shaft assembly. The sensor and drive shaft assembly is located on the right side of the engine near the oil filter.

well the bad news is all the newer cars are puttin the filters with the fuel pumps(sold together)and that will be in the fuel tank.

P0442 Means you have a leak in your EVAP system.
The EVAP system prevents gas vapors from entering the air .
This code can be set by a leak in the lines or a clogged charcoal canister.
Most common reason is If you did not put your gas cap on all the way.

You have to make sure it is on the right compression stroke.

I would say you might not be at total TDC. Is it to rough to drive?

It sounds like neutral safety switch (park/neutral issue) 1 question; Does the car have anti theft device? Same symptoms is anti thereof device is active.

I also have the same problem, I would also be happy with a diagram of the location of the sensor.

in some instances, you will have to leave the stock head unit partially connected and hidden in the dash when installing an aftermarket head unit because of subsystems operations. don't try to save a buck!! take it to a pro and have it done right the first time because it's better than setting your car on fire!!! keep in mind, while drinking can make some females prettier---it only makes car accidents UGLIER!!! don't do it.
