check the temp of the heater hoses going into and out of the heater core. they should be the same temp. if not then the heater core may be clogged up.

Did U check with the dealer to see if it is at all possible? Some systems are integral parts of the ignition system and cannot be disabled. Others are accessories than can be bypassed. Check it out.

run the fault codes and look for problems in the accelerator position sensor , throttle motor , MAP/VAF sensors.
