How do you fix the heated seats that no longer
Check the fuses obviously, and then check for power at the plug for the seat heater. It is common for the seat heater elements to go bad, however recently universal heating pads have become available through the dorman company. To replace them is a rather involved procedure. You must remove the seat, remove the cover, and replace the heating pad element. It kind of sucks even for an experienced tech. Good luck!
How to fix a seat

What is the procedure to change a burned out break
Look in the trunk for the plastic access panels. Remove the side that has the burnt out bulb. Locate the bulb holder that holds the burnt out bulb. Grasp it in one hand and turn it counter clockwise until it becomes loose enough to remove it. Once you have it out, remove the bad bulb and insert the new one. You will have to push in on the bulb and turn it a little counter clockwise to get it lined up to slide out. Assembly is the reverse of what you just did.
Where is the fuel pump located in a 1997 Lexus
The fuel pump on your Lexus is located inside the fuel tank, sometimes the manufactures have put an access door above the fuel tank to ease the replacement process of the fuel pump, if your Lexus does not have this, then the fuel tank will have to be removed from the vehicle in order to gain access to the fuel pump for replacement. This is not a difficult job, but can be time consuming depending on model of vehicle.

Heater & AC will not
this system has the ability to self test its own functions and give a code, mosty likely the automatic temp control module has failed, but that is a part costing a small fortune so i strongly suggest you have the Lexus dealer test the system for trouble codes to be sure of this before buying a new control module.
