Replacing the alternator
Disconnect the car's battery first. Adjust so the belt is snug but not so tight as to wear out the bearing. For anything that looks complicated such as wiring connections, use a cell phone to take a picture before taking apart.

I think you have a failed turbo charger, they last around 100,000 miles. Have a dealer confirm this is the problem as the part is very expensive ans most be replaced by a professional to turn out right.
The clutch pedal on my 1999 liberty (legacy) 2.0 wagon has an intermittent problem that occurs after driving for a while (roughly 10 minutes). the pedal loses nearly all feel and it appears that abou
Hello, Not really well versed in your brand. I know that some clutch assist cylinders have a detailed method to change the fluid. There are probably some specs for the pressure coming out of the system hoses which will tell if the seals are bypassed. These take gauges and time to run the tests and may cost more than the part is worth. You may have added the fluid from the top. You could draw the fluid from the bottom hoses and the vacuum would allow you to reattach the lower hose without a significant fluid loss. Or the Dealer may have power bleed equipment similar to what is used on brakes. You may just need to adjust the clutch to account for wear and the hydraulic assist would not need to travel so far to work.It would be good to ask a Dealer how they do it. You might find out more with a different Websearch using hydraulic clutch topics.I hope my info has helped and would like to know what you found out.
93 deville 4.9l running fine, stop at light, stalls
My 94 Sedan DeVille had the same problem. The car ran great but would stall whenever I stopped at a stop sign or traffic light. Turned out to the the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). It monitors and controls the idle. What happens is the secondary idle (idle when the car is warm) is too low. Since all the controls for fuel mixture, idle etc are done electronically, they can't be manually adjusted. The TPS is the most likely cause of your issue. A diagnostic test (performed free at most chain auto parts stores) will be able to confirm this or lead you to another component. Best of luck to you!
