could be fuel filler pipe or likely, a loose clamp from fuel filter to fule rail. need a long phillips head to tighten about 1 turn.

Most dealers do not keep key blanks for more than 5 or 6 years.
You don't have an ignition key which is the same ?
The Villager is the same as a Nissan Quest so you could check with a Nissan dealer too.

Try fuses first, if not a fuse, sounds like the switch on the arm (stalk)

Do you mean the starter motor runs but the engine will not crank? If so the problem is at you starter there is a small gear that makes the conection between the starter motor and the engine. Some times you can tap the starter with a hammer while someone try's to start it and it will loosen the gear and start. if this works change the starter.

If oil pressure is lost, it would shut off the fuel pressure but the engine would still run for a time.

If it was driven without oil then you have a new engine in your future.

check the freon leval in the system it should have about 45lbs on the low side conectoin port

You have a short circuit somewhere in the wiring. Either a cut or bare wire. If not, the headlamp is causing the short. Last resort, use a higher amp fuse (but this may compromise wiring system).
