Somehow the cable and assembly for the speedometer has become dis calibrated for lack of a better word, U might want to check if the meter has a calibration adjustment on it and if so resetting it for zero with a still vehicle.

Loose battery connections or battery with bad cells. Go to Auto Zone and let them check your battery.

No clue as the manufacturer of the alarm? Inside the fob, is there anything or the main unit for the alarm. It has to have that information on it.

Recommend you take a picture and then go to your local dealer. You can order the needed connector with the contacts with proper instructions on how to replace this.

Make sure you do not have water in the fuel tank....

it sounds like the problem is with your fan not running. I would try and see if you have power at the fan and test the fan to see if it isn't bad.

simple test ut the hand brake on and start the car idling ok --good --apply the foot brake-- idling bad --replace the brake booster check for other vacuum leaks including transmission actuator hose , dash vent controls hoses

Continued blowing of fuses will normally indicate one of two things first is that a component/device is faulty ando second is that there is a short or intermittent short in the circuit(s) while I am not familiar with jeeps I find it unlikely however that both the blinkers and ac fan have the same circuit/fuse but it is possible they are shorting each other somewhere in or under the main console
