Sounds like part of the airflow control INSIDE the car - behind & under the dashboard. Otherwise, check the AC pump clutch engages when the AC is switched on (visible plate will start spinning with the pulley when it is on - AC pump is on the 'fan-belt').
Yes on cover
Yes on cover...... What does that mean? I think you need to be a little more descriptive than that.
Small but noticable power loss. Over the period of
Be sure the air and fuel filters are not restricted (repalce them).
Be aware that this has an interference engine and by time is due to have the timing belt replaced (though it should not have caused reduction in performance--they will fail and kill the engine through expensive damage).
It should have the timing belt replaced every 84 months or 105,000 miles which ever comes first.

plug back in sensor, after battery has been disconnected. It should clear when battery is reattached.
I have full gas in my car but still no cold air
If you over charged the system your a/c will not work.
To diagnose problems, an A/C manifold gauge set is needed to read high and low side pressure readings. Avoid adding refrigerant with a simple charging kit like the ones sold at parts stores. Don’t add any stop leak, this can cause problems in the compressor, expansion valve or condenser.
Keep in mind that using an A/C gauge set and seeing BOTH high and low side readings can help in diagnosing the problem when you know what to look for. First, on a 134A system the high and low side service ports are different sizes. AC gauge sets have color coded hoses, the blue color coded hose has a connection that fits on the low side service port and the red hose has a connection that will only fit onto the high side. The yellow hose won’t hook up to anything if just checking the readings; it can be used to connect to a vacuum pump or attached to a refrigerant can or tank.
Normal readings on high and low side with AC OFF (static pressure) - Depends on outside temperature, but normally is between 80-105PSI Normal low side reading with AC on high speed and MAX & engine at 800-1000 RPM’s - Ranges from 25-35 PSI - Note that on many Chrysler products a normal reading on the low side may be 15-25PSI Normal high side reading ranges from 200-350 PSI
Don’t assume that if adding little Freon is good that adding a lot is better! Overcharging just a little can decrease the performance of the system and possibly damage the compressor.
With the AC on the coldest setting, use a thermometer in a middle vent. Normal vent temperature readings will vary depending on the (ambient) outside temp. The vent temperature should range from around 42-55 degrees in my experience. If normal gauge readings are obtained and the vent air is cold - STOP don’t overcharge the system. The only proper way to remove refrigerant is with a AC recovery machine so if this is being done at home I can’t emphasize enough not to over charge the system. And actually the best way to insure the proper charge is in a system, is to use an AC machine to recover the freon and then evacuate and recharge the system with the correct amount. Most cars have the specified amount on a decal under the hood.
Both low and high side readings are lower than normal, this indicates a cars AC system is low on refrigerant and is under-charged.
If both low and high side readings are too high, this indicates an overcharged system - too much refrigerant. This also can indicate that the condenser fan is not working, is too slow or the car is overheating and heat is transferring from the radiator to the condenser.
Good luck and hope this helps, keep me posted be glad to answer any question you may have.
1998 Prelude VTEC P1361 code, what's the most likely failure.
Need a clear question and better info. However, based on the little that was posted...
Code P1361 is ignition coil circuit low. You'll have to do some electrical troubleshooting to locate the cause.
Low oil will also can also result in the oil pressure sending unit cutting power to fuel pump relay. This is done to prevent engine damage due to low oil.
HARD STARTING
Hello and thank your for choosing fixya.com. As far as your car being hard to start in the morning, you may have a dying batter.Look on the battery for a date (which indicates the date of purchase) There should be a whole on the month, and day of purchase. If there isn't any, have the batter tested. You may need to replace it. Also, make sure that the battery terminals are clean and tight. Make sure that the wires on the starter are secure and as clean as possible as well. Check for frayed or damaged wiring. For the exhaust, it sound like you need to replace the donut in the manifold (exhaust). It's fairly simple to really so long as you can get to it. Disconnect the exhaught pipe from the manifold (should be 2-4) bolts (usually 3) and take out the old donut (if any of it's left) making sure there are nothing left of in the exhuast pipe. Put the new donut in, and bolt the pipe back to the manifold (see repair manual or parts dealer for torque specifications).
I hope this information deem useful in the repair of your Honda. I thank you for choosing fixya.com. Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments, or need further assistance.
1992 Honda Prelude/driver,passanger,and sunroof dont move
hi check for another fuse box under bonnet near battery as it sounds like you may have blown a main fuse , as the items you say are now not working are all motors and use a higher ampage than alot of curcuits they sometimes split these onto alarger fuse like a 40 amp or 50 amp .
if it has blown one of these you will have to get a replacement from a main dealer
1992 honda prelude transmission wont go into gear
Sounds like the pressure plate! Try this, rev the engine for a sec then when it starts to slows down try to put it in reverse - if the gears grind, its the pressure plate which will come with the clutch kit for about 125-175.00.
