1997 honda accord

Please explain what type of problem you are having with the vehicle. There is no such thing as a transmission blower sensor on this car.

Why does my 1997 Honda Accord temperature gauge rise when the car is idle?

Is the cooling fan operational? you should hear it cutting in, the tank you are talking about is an expansion tank, when the engine gets hot it allows for expansion of coolant, the caps on these tanks can fail they are designed to allow the release of pressure slowly, when they fail the coolant system can over pressure causing the car to run hotter than usual pushing coolant into the expansion tank, when this happens the water pump doesnt operate as designed and ends up slowing coolant flow. To check run the vehicle with the cap loosened and see if the issue continues.

Wheel bearing

with a LOT of elbow grease. Those things are pressed in and you probably should take it to a shop to get them removed. If you've done something like this, then you know how to use heat or penetrating oil to help.

1997 Honda Accord won't start every day; added thick gas solution weeks before suddenly having problem with car not getting gas to complete start up

I have never seen a gas additive that was "thick". You may have plugged a fuel filter. Should be a cheap and easy replacement to try.

What is the 02 sensor

The 02sensor is a sensor strategically placed in key spots , one per bank of cylinders upstream of the catyletic converter to monitor the amount of un burned fuel by measuring hydrocarbons left in the exhaust after combustion and compares that data to the reading of the sesor situated downstream (after) the cat.conv.and sends that data to the control module which then adjusts the pulse width, ( amount of atomised fuel delivered to the cyl.) to achieve a environmentaly friendly emission most commonly metered at 14.7:1 fuel/air ratio

RUNS ROUGH AT MID RPM

Need to be more specific here. Runs rough...like misfiring? or vibrating excessively at about 1500, and again about 3000 rpm? If it's the latter, chances are your engine's balance shaft is not timed correctly. This causes a heavy high-frequency vibration/buzz throughout the car, at the aforementioned rpm ranges. If it's more like a misfire/stumble, look into your ignition system, or possibly a sticking EGR valve. (This will cause a mild surge/bucking under light accel, peaking between 45-50mph. Good luck!

Brake light out

Um, replace it? If you need more information, you need to provide more detail. Remove the panel inside the trunk and remove the blown bulb. replace with a bulb exactly like the one you removed. Take the bulb to an autoparts store for help if you aren't sure.

A/c fuses a/c compresor dosent work

You may have a leak. The system has to be within a certain pressure range to run. I would start there. It can be easy to check, or take it to a shop and have it checked.
