Check the fluid level with the engine running in park. To add fluid it goes down the dip stick pipe.

one of the fan is not working, replace those not working. when you turn on air cond, both fans should be working. else replace the one not working

Your connections are not good at the battery. Are the cable ends that attach to the battery clean? Are they making good contact with the battery. With the cables connected and after you try to start measure voltage by placing the test leads directly on the battery post. You should see 12.4 volts. Now place the leads directly on to the battery cable ends. You should see exactly the same voltage. If not it's the connection that are not good. because it senses the voltage and thinks someone is trying to disable it... Use your key fob to turn it off if you can. If not, turn the key on after hooking up the cables. If not... ummm

Honda uses a "switch to ground" system on their wipers. So power goes from battery, fuse, motor, wiper switch and ground. Check the switch.

Could be crankshaft sensor.

what did you clean it with? using the wrong cleaner could damage it.

have you hooked power and ground to the fan to see if its working?

Bad light switch at dash. Some cars/trucks are easier than others to replace. If you get a repair manual for your make and model, it'll lead you through the procedure.

not sure how rought but traditionally, Honda's are known to shift rough... its kinda their sporty style. I think its funny that the Accord is considered a "sedan", when clearly is not a Taurus or Impala which are purely sedans.

A few things could have happen, 1 you overheated and blew the head gasket and now the oil in mixing with the anti-freeze, OR due to high Mileage the head gasket has just failed and is leaking into the anti-freeze journals inside the engine., Did you check the oil to make sure it's not a white'ish sludge on the inside of the cap, you might be mixing both back and forth..
