these codes indicate there is a miss fire on cylinders 1 and 2 hence the 0301 and 0302 code the 1300 just indicates multiple engine miss fires. so anything that can cause these cylinders to miss fire need to be attended to in order to fix your problem.

remove cover again, drill small hole into bolt if it is broken off too close to get with vice grips, use ez out very casrefully. place some sort of rags or towels to catch metal shavings, can also spay shave cream on top of rags or towels to help catch metal shavings. these bolts are only ten mm so only take about 7 pounds of torque. tighten in criss coss fashion little by little evenly.

The rear seat is four (4) pieces. You will need two tools a 6mm and 8mm wrenches. 1.) Unbuckle the rear seat belts. 2.) Locate the bolt in the center part of the rear seat, between the cushion and the seat-back. Remove the bolt with a 6 mm socket wrench. 3.) Push down firmly on the front edge of the rear seat cushion and pull it toward you to unhook and remove the rear seat cushion. Push the seat belt stalks through the center holes and lift the cushion out of the Accord. 4.) Pull the lever on the side of the rear seat bolster to lower the rear seat-back, which must be in the down position to access its bolts. 5.) Slide the center seat belt toward the passenger side of the vehicle. Move the loop over the edge of the seat-back to prevent it from hindering removal. 6.) Remove the three bolts from the bottom edge of the rear seat-back, using an 8 mm socket wrench. One bolt is in the center; the other two bolts are on either side. 7.) Pull the rear seat-back out of the Accord. The remaining sections of the seat should be the two side bolsters. 8.) Remove the bolts from the bottom of the side bolsters with a 6 mm socket wrench. Push firmly against the first side bolster. Push it upward to slide it out of its mount. Repeat the process on the bolster on the other side to finish removing the Accord's rear seat. This should take approximately 15-30 minutes depending hoe mechanically inclined a person is.

i'd have the obd codes read this will point to the switch etc that is causing the issue ,it may well be the throttle position sensor but i'd also guess at the camshaft sensor or the crankshaft sensor , with the codes you should narrow down the problem cause

Try disconnecting you`r battery for a few minutes.

Check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

check to see if its the rad coolant fan motor that is bad, it could also be the temp sensor for the rad fan that is bad not sending signal to computer to turn on fan. it could be the fan relay or bad electrical connection in the system or even the computer. you don`t say what if anything you have checked.

When you turn the key to the run position the pump only cycles for about 2 seconds so put a multi meter to the pump wires & have someone turn the key do not use the car as a ground in case the ground is bad if still no power check at the computer.

Honda runs their fuel lines inside the car when going from the fuel tank to the engine. move the rug out of the way and you should see where the leak is. inspect the line for other bad spots. you can either replace damaged line at the leak or replace the entire line inside the car. make sure the repair is safe and not leaking. ventilate the car to get rid of any fumes that may linger.

If it's not starting at all but turns over listen to it. As it turns does it sound faster than normal like it has no resistance. Of this is the case its quite possible theres no compression which means serious trouble. Could be anything from timing chain/belt to a broken pin holding the timing gear in place or even more serious bent valves etc. etc. If this is not the case it could be as simple as bad spark plugs and wires. That is where I would start if I was sure there was compression as it's the least expensive place to begin and often a cause of many things.

Valves might be too loose or to tight. This will cause piston misfiring.
