1996 honda accord after changing the power

It sounds as if you have a volume of air in your power steering system. This is causing the bubbling and also some of the noise you might be generating when you turn the wheels hard right or hard left. This air might have been introduced if your old belt was slipping so much that the pump was essentially not operating and fluid wasn't regularly circulating throughout the system. Another, more expensive possibility is that your old belt was slipping because the power steering pump itself was starting to fail, and the new, grippier belt is turning the damaged pump and showing you its lack of functionality.
The first and easiest thing to do would be to bleed the system. Open the hood and take the cover of the power steering fluid reservoir. With the engine off but the steering wheel unlocked, slowly turn the steering wheel all the way to one side and then to the other. Repeat this several times while watching the power steering reservoir. Is the fluid bubbling? If so, good, you're purging air out of your system. In general, this is easier with the front wheels off the ground, but that is not absolutely necessary (if you have strong arms).
Once you have purged the system, put the cap back on the power steering reservoir, topping it off if the fluid level has dropped to the fill mark. Now, restart your car and observe the power steering pump. Does it seem to be operating quietly and smoothly? If you touch the pump 1-2 minutes after the engine has been running, is it hot to the touch? It will probably be warm, but _hot_ is an indication that something is overheating inside the pump. Is the power steering fluid very dark colored or does it smell burned? This is also a sign that the fluid should be changed ASAP and that some internal damage may have occurred. Burned fluid isn't necessarily an indication that your power steering pump is bad. However, if after changing your PS fluid the new fluid quickly becomes dark and starts smelling burned, then it's probably time to start saving money for a new or rebuilt power steering pump.

96 accord EX starting problems

My guess is that you would have to get the users manual for your car alarm to change it's settings. There is a procedure that will allow you to use the passive arming so you can maually activate it or not. I have the viper, and this is how I set my alarm.

1996 honda accord wont stay running what could be the prombel

The problem could be any number of things, given that your lack of information as to symptoms and such. But I will take a stab at it. Most normally the first thing to check would be fuel supply ( If it is getting gas). Now if it is not flooding out *Excessive Gas* then the it may be getting to much air and not enough gas. I am going to assume this vehicle is equipped with a throttle body, One way to check for excessive air is with someone in the car to assist in starting, start the engine and when it starts to quit, on the top segment of the engine around the throttle body and vacuum lines lightly spray a mist of "Starting Fluid" and if the car idles back up it is drawing air "LEAK" through some point in these parts. Through trial and error using and localizing wher you spray you can find where your leak is, and repair or replace the defective part. Hope this helps!

Low overall compression in 1996 honda accord 4cyl 129.75 psi avg.

the compression pressures are on the low side. The indications are worn rings as the pressure readings come up when the ring seal is improved with the addition of oil. The bores will be worn in a taper and if the head was to come of there would be a noticeable lip where the top ring stops in the cylinder rings and cylinders wear equally but rings suffer from a loss of tension, and an increased ring gap that allows more compression to escape to the sump Do you need to do something about it-- if there is an oil consumption problem( smokey) then yes If the economy is acceptable to you then --no --not immediately What should you consider in making a decision---- 1. good engines are available from japanese spares ( imported engines with less than 30.000klms on the engine for a fair price 2. consider what is termed a "short motor" which is the block, crank, pistons ,rings, oil pump and sump all new What you should not consider is a quickie fix--set of rings and nothing else as this will cost you more in the long run.
