1993 Honda Accord LX. engine cuts out without
It's dangerous, isn't it?! I think it's transmission shift linkage--one of the parts which Honda imports from the PRC, is inherently defective, and won't improve. We took the car to Cottman's--no dice. Honda uses special automatic transmission designs and those transmissions require Honda's own ATF (especially for total change). Go to a Honda dealer, if it's transmission. The ignition switch is another strong possibility--you'll have to replace that someday, too--with a PRC part, of course. A mechanic may find if it's that and replace it: If you're handy, you may be able to do it. Or, "punt" and get another vehicle!: This old horse must go scrap someday! It's getting too old to fix....

My sons 93 honda accord went dead while he was driving home
If the timing belt went, the engine will crank real fast, because it is not turning the top end of the engine. That means you valve assembly will not move. If plug tubes are filled with oil then you need to replace the seals. Remove the valve cover, replace four round seals on the inside of the cover. 93 accords are famous for the ignighter going bad. Pull a spark plug, stick a screw driver in it, and hold it close to something metal and crank the engine. You should see a spark. If no spark, replace the ignighter inside the distributer cap on top.

Where is the main relay located on honda accord exi 93
The main relay is usually located on the drivers side under the dash. It is usually brown, rectangle shape about half the size of a stick of butter, with about an 8 pin connector. Let me know if this helps.
