On some cars, a low battery voltage will only spin the starter, but not enough to engage the engine. Have the battery checked. Try a jump start from a good battery in a running car.

Most of the time the problem is the ABS control unit. The system should be scanned with VIDA before doing any repair.

Make sure the fuse has power, then make sure the power is reaching the blower switch. If all is ok replace the blower motor.

I don,t know what you mean by banging noise but check your cv axle.

check your manual...it will tell you how to access it, sometimes a panel in the wheel well like my 2006 zephyr.

The mechanical ignition assembly does have an electrical switch that will prevent it being turned if the safety checks fail - new assembly (if the electrical part is faulty) costs $700!!!!

Check that first.
Make sure the shifter is all the way in park and the button on the shifter is not stuck in.
If that is all good it could be a shifter cable stuck but is most likely a bad ignition cylinder (not switch).

This is more than likely, just a matter of greasing up the mechanism.
However, the removal of the door panel, is the real problem.

You can use a multi-meter which has volt meter and ohmmeter. You can test power going to amp, and wattage coming out of amp to speakers.

To reset your service light here are the steps.

1. Get in your car and shut the door.
2. Put your key in the ignition
3. Turn your ignition key to position 1
4. Push in your Odometer reset button and hold it in while holding it move the ignition key to position 2 while holding down the odometer reset button.
5. After couple of seconds of holding the button down and the key in position 2 your service light will start to blink once that happens let go of the reset button and start the car.

This should reset your service light and a service light on your Volvo C/S/V70 cars from 1999 onwards.

Bypass the MAF ? ... without the Mass Air Flow sensor, your fuel mixture will be incorrect .

Should be the alarm/immobilizer indicator.
