Has it ever been tuned up ie. Plugs, wires or boots, filters, and injection cleaning? Check the tire pressure, under inflated tires are the #1 cause of poor mileage. Also consider fuel quality and additives that don't contribute to combustion. I hope this helps, Take care.
LUCAS is one of the best sold at any parts store. And is made for just that. Read MNFCT recommendations and directions for uses on EGR, PCV and intake manifold build up.
you may want to look at your Catalytic / O2 sensor(s) Watch this video to learn more about how the O2 sensor works and what is required of the O2 sensor for it to work in the vehicle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvKZ2GDYEz4 Note: The vehicle in this vehicle does not compare to your own since the sensors on your vehicle may not be under your hood but may be on your header exhaust or you could have one on the lower exhaust pipe and one on the upper exhaust / manifold.

Remove radio from central console (press two thin vertical buttons on both sides of it). Read and note a radio serial no. on a sticker on radio metal cover. Contact local dealer and give them the number. They will resolve the code for you. Some dealers take some fee for that kind of service. You must ask before.
Brakes always work but ABS may be not functioning.
This is probably to be repaired by experienced repair shop.
Brakes are too serious to make experiments by yourself.
Check if the axle is perpendicular to the glass surface. If so, replase the arm because the spring is out.
Are you sure the blade is OK? You can mount a 21" blade to left and right side.
Remove the cover (I use an old CD, not a screwdriver to not scratch any surface). You'll see screws to be removed and the whole module goes out. The light bulbs are mounted from back using flat screwdriver. They are specially designed together with plastic ring and available at the dealer (they're quite expensive). But it is possible to disassemble the ring and replace only glass bulb that is available in electronic store almost free (in Poland about .25 euro).
Many people replace bulbs to LEDs. You can do it or buy needed parts in some car-tuning shop. LEDs are almost endless.
That's the cruise control. Green symbol means that it's enabled.
There is a double button on the tip of turn-signal switch. Pressing plus or minus freezes current speed and you may apply some relax to your leg. A speed tuning is possible using this button(s). There's also a switch that disables the feature. If you are forced to slow down or stop, you may run the car again and restore previously set speed using "Resume" function on this switch.
Cruise control switches immediately to manual control after touching the brake or clutch pedal.
Cruise control doesn't work at very low speed and is not recommended in streets woth heavy traffic.
If no fuel is getting to the plugs the inyection system is not working. Check for spark in one spark plug. If you don't have spark that is the reason why the injection is not working. When there is no spark, the ECM or injection computer won't work because it needs a signal from the coil, as s proof of spark..
