How get pads off calipers

The pins must be driven out spray liquid wrench on them an let stand for a few minutes these pins should be replaced with new ones if they are badly rusted, you don't need to disassemble the caliper just drive out the pins. It is a good idea to clamp the caliper in a bench vise to drive out the pins, use the appropriate size drift or center punch to achieve this.

Fly wheel key

the crank is ruined, u will need to replace the crankshaft or this will continue to happen, 100% sure on this, the key-way is damaged and it will continue to come loose.

Transmission doesnt shift up when running over

You may want to check the solenoid of the transmission. It is the part where it tells the system to shift gears. It may be just dirty or needs replacement. If it is strictly on the speed you may want to check the speed sensor of the car. It may be faulty. Otherwise it could be the valves on the gear that is the issue and may need cleaning.

I have a 1992 volvo 740 wagon with only 150,000

one- there is a relay that controls the action of the overdrive switch. If it is not functioning correctly the arrow up symbol on the dashboard panerl will not light up. If you press the button and there is a click behind where your fuses are, then the relay should be working. If it activated, the car will go to a lower gear (more rev's) like you wanted to shift down to get better power passing a car or up a hill.
Two- THere is a solenoid on the side of the transmission that activates the overdrive--I havbe found trash in one recently that prevented the tranny from going to the higher gear (fewer rev's)

Where is the location of a fuel pump on a 1992

The fuel tank contains the fuel pump and sending unit assembly. If you go to the autozone website at autozone.com and register your vehicle you will have access to a full online repair manual for your particular vehicle. It's handy and it's free. How do I replace the left tail light assembly?

open the boot, if you look at the left side. There should be a panel or access door, which you can open or take off, then you can get at your tail light.

Radio displays EEEE, wont accept code

Did you enter the code in the proper sequence? I reprogrammed mine and it took quite awhile to reset. The manual will tell you how long it takes. It works fine now. Hope this helps.

yeah coke system not working proper ivor to much or not enough even if its a injection model it will still have a coke unit for cold starting

It is a right hand thread and you usually need an impact gun. Take the fan out of the way, to give you more room, I have found that helps.

It sounds like you don't have the correct flex plate and it is throwing the timing off not letting it fire at the correct time.

Its chuggin like a train

sound like maybe a temp sensor malfunction, it is telling the computer it is warmer than it really is so it is not adding enough fuel , have the sensor tested

Timing Belt

the bad news is that you have what is called an "interferance" engine, that means, when the timing belt breaks or slips the pistons go crashing into the valves, you are going to have to pull the head and check for damage before putting a new belt on it, as for the timing itself, there should be small marks on the pulleys and block to align the timing.

Looking for complete elecrical schematic of entire car to trace electrical problem

I tried the DIY service and repair manuals from a website and it actually helped me repair transmission problem in my jcb 3cx site-master. it wont move forward or reverse, engine is good both solenoids for forward and reverse work. Sounds like the engine may be trying to stall, that would fit with the loss of steering assist and light blinking momentarily.
