How get pads off calipers
The pins must be driven out spray liquid wrench on them an let stand for a few minutes these pins should be replaced with new ones if they are badly rusted, you don't need to disassemble the caliper just drive out the pins. It is a good idea to clamp the caliper in a bench vise to drive out the pins, use the appropriate size drift or center punch to achieve this.
Fly wheel key
the crank is ruined, u will need to replace the crankshaft or this will continue to happen, 100% sure on this, the key-way is damaged and it will continue to come loose.
Transmission doesnt shift up when running over
You may want to check the solenoid of the transmission. It is the part where it tells the system to shift gears. It may be just dirty or needs replacement. If it is strictly on the speed you may want to check the speed sensor of the car. It may be faulty. Otherwise it could be the valves on the gear that is the issue and may need cleaning.
I have a 1992 volvo 740 wagon with only 150,000
one- there is a relay that controls the action of the overdrive switch. If it is not functioning correctly the arrow up symbol on the dashboard panerl will not light up. If you press the button and there is a click behind where your fuses are, then the relay should be working. If it activated, the car will go to a lower gear (more rev's) like you wanted to shift down to get better power passing a car or up a hill.
Two- THere is a solenoid on the side of the transmission that activates the overdrive--I havbe found trash in one recently that prevented the tranny from going to the higher gear (fewer rev's)

The fuel tank contains the fuel pump and sending unit assembly. If you go to the autozone website at autozone.com and register your vehicle you will have access to a full online repair manual for your particular vehicle. It's handy and it's free. Did you enter the code in the proper sequence? I reprogrammed mine and it took quite awhile to reset. The manual will tell you how long it takes. It works fine now. Hope this helps.
Engine swap, car will not start
It sounds like you don't have the correct flex plate and it is throwing the timing off not letting it fire at the correct time.
Oil leak
yes this is caused by excessive crankcase pressure, check the PCV system for proper function.
Its chuggin like a train
sound like maybe a temp sensor malfunction, it is telling the computer it is warmer than it really is so it is not adding enough fuel , have the sensor tested
Timing Belt
the bad news is that you have what is called an "interferance" engine, that means, when the timing belt breaks or slips the pistons go crashing into the valves, you are going to have to pull the head and check for damage before putting a new belt on it, as for the timing itself, there should be small marks on the pulleys and block to align the timing.
