2005 Volvo S40 T5 sunroof is leaking water. Any suggestion to fix it?
How bad is the leak? A 'Factory Fitted' sun roof will usually leak for a few common reasons. It isn't closed properly, (Yes I've done that!). The drain channels are clogged and full of dirt so the water is pooling up in the runners and leaking in. The seals are starting to fail. On a 05 plate the rubber seals will probably be the factory originals so will be old and may have started to go bad so the sunroof isn't watertight anymore.
Your first option is give the rails and sliders a good clean. Open the sun roof to it's widest and give the runners and the channels a heavy duty clean. An old toothbrush, toothpicks and cotton buds are great for getting into the troublesome areas. When clean lubricate the moving areas with Silicone Grease.
Standard types of Grease or Lithium Grease are Petrolium based so can be bad for rubber seals, Silicone is mineral based so doesn't damage the seals.

My volvo xc90, 2004 model sometimes shuts off while driving( trans affected and all gaudges shuts off.
Obviously an electrical issue. You'll need to isolate what's off and on when this happens to trace the wiring for the non-working components with a 12V test light. I would suspect that if other items are still working such as the headlights, you should check your ignition switch (electrical) to make sure it's not having issues. Other than that, your ground wiring must be good for the Pos+ wiring to work properly so I would inspect that as well. Good luck:)

Operating temp of coolant
The normal Volvo Penta D13 engine temperature operating range is 194*F+/-5 to 221*F +/- 5 degrees. The engine coolant is overheating if it's around 240 to 250 degrees.

How do I clear code 013D on my Volvo s40 without going to dealer? Had it turned off for $80 and came back on.
You already asked this question, and it was answered pretty accurately previously. Here is the Volvo bulletin on this SRS (airbag) fault code.
Look at the two pin connector under the passenger seat. Remove the center console and checked the SRS control module plug . Measure the resistance between pin 37 & 38 of the control module and 1 & 2 of the plug under the seat.
Code:
SRS-013D
Definition:
Left SIPS Bag. Faulty Signal
Description:
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-013D is stored if the control module registers that the resistance is too high in the ignition circuit. The SRS indicator lamp is lit.
Cause:
- Open-circuit in the cable or contact resistance in the connectors between the SIPS airbag and the SRS control module.
- Open-circuit in the SIPS airbag (resistance too low in the igniter).
