The answer is no. The pump has specs for pressure and delivery for that vehicle. The pump is cooled and lubricated by the fuel in the tank. The pump is monitored by the ECM (engine computer) for performance and pressure. Remove the back seat and replace the pump the right way, it is a lot easier.
