I have no heat replace tthermostat, anitifreeze, the hose , I have good air cominng out of the vents last years I had a small bit of heat when I turn on the heat but this year none. what do you think It

Assuming the car does not overheat (Ruling out the water pump), I would look for something not opening the heater door. I think this car uses a pneumatic system to open the door for the fan to blow air over the heater core. If that door does not open, you won't get any heat. You probably have a cracked or broken pnuematic line behind the dash that controls the door.

98 grand marquis that will not start. i know its not the battery or starter, plus i check to see if its getting gas and has a spark. my whole steering wheel assembly has been replaced i wonder if that

It likely is the place to start looking. Does the engine crank over but wont start, or nothing from the starter? If nothing, check for power on the small wire at the starter solenoid, when key is held in crank position. If no power, diagnose start wire from ignition switch to the starter solenoid. If power is at the small wire, but no starter action, recheck battery and starter connections, or have the starter tested. If the starter works, but car won't run, recheck for spark at the sparkplugs. Have the fuel pressure tested-pressure is critical for injectors to work. If you still can't find the problem, your car needs shop time for diagnosis.

Should be number 13 which is a 15amp or number 15 which is a 10amp. These fuses are in the box under the driver side dash near the parking brake.
