P1361 is: Intermittent Interruption In TDC 1 Sensor Circuit.
Check out the TDC sensor, connector 124 (grey and on the distributor) check power and grounds. It's missing a signal from the TDC sensor in the distributor and causing a misfire.

How do i fix my radiator fan it wont turn off has been going for 2 hours?
Sounds like you yave a bad switch or temp sensor thats telling it to keep running. I would inspect and check the wiring and follow it back to the nearest relay and check it. You may need a repair manual from an autoparts shop that has wiring diagrams in the back. That way you know where to check.

Accelerating uphill
loses power
well if the RPM advances fast on engine and the car speed dont
that is tranny slip.
on the other hand if the engine RPM stays low, and speed is low that
is engine power loose.
2 completly different things, why not ask him which it is.
is my engine weak or is the the tranny slipping.
surely you know what slip means. right>?
like bumping in to neutral , under power. or partially

Tyre pressure
As already mentioned, the front drivers side door jamb has a label with details about the vehicle. These include the proper inflation for both front and rear tires. I also recommend that you look on the tire wall itself around the edge of the tires on your van. Make sure you follow the manufacturers suggested inflation maximum for air pressure. And always try to fill them when the tires are reasonably cold as heat expands.
