You prob need a new cv axle if it has never been changed then you have gotten use from 1994 till now. They esually dont last that long. Most go out around 80k

Strip out front hub carrier,remove hub unit {a puller will be needed for this operation.There is a circlip holding the bearing in this needs to be removed. A press will be needed to remove and replace the bearing assembly. reverse strip down operation...Good-luck...

As with most CV axles, the complete suspension assembly must liberate the spline of the cv. The axle may come out at this time if it is not held by six screws at the transmission. These are easily removed if necessary and reinstall is actually easier (due to familiarity).

what problem are you having

could have bad ignition coil or check for power at ignition coil could have blowed fuse or ignition timing off,make sure the distributor cap and rotor are new or in good shape if rotor bad worn out you wont get spark at spark plugs.

Check for a blowin fuse

you have faulty fuel level sending unit.

Are you sure you installed the correct part, there is a with low fuel warning and without one.
