I got a 1993 prelude
Check your fuel pump fuse or relay. It could be a clogged fuel filter or you fuel pump may be going bad.
I need to know where
I THINK you mean fluid for the Clutch? its a little resrvoir near the brake fluid reservoir at the firewall, just to the left of the brake.
Why is the brake lamp
You either have a blown brake bulb, your handbrake indicator is stuck or you brake master cylinder is low on fluid.

It may be possible to remove the IAC and clean it with good results. Remove the IAC and spray it down with carb clean, making sure to clean the interior of the motor - don't be shy with the spray, but try not to shoot it into the electrical harness connector. Don't try to wipe the inside - you may damage the motor which would be bad. I would have a couple cans handy - the better you clean it out the better your chance of success. This may not work but it certainly is worth the try, as the cleaner is cheaper than a new IAC. After you've given it a good soaking, blow it out with air to dry it. re-install and try it out. Staring fluid would work well too - it's ether based which dries really fast and does a good job cleaning.
Good luck!!
Brake lights wont turn off
you may have to replace the activation switch on the brake pedal it's self.or just check to make shore that it isn't lose.
I have no power to
There should be a fuel pump fuse or relay under the engine hood that can be replaced and you could also have an emergency fuel cutoff switch that may have activated which would require being reset if you struck a ditch or something with the car before the problem started.
