My accord cylider 2 misses at idle what can be he problem?
If you replace the plugs, the ones that were made for your vehicle. And possibly spark plug wires, it should make quite a difference. Good-Day! It could be a injector making its rough idle on cylinder 2, But do above first!

My speedomenter goes on and off while driving what would cause this
Does it make a chirping sound when its working, and or jumps up and down, those speedometers have a cable that connects to the trans and the back of the unit, most likely it is the instrument cluster, the gears in the speedo unit are plastic and sometimes snap off teeth so they work and stop, my 90 civic used to makes a squeeling sound then one day just stopped working I replaced the whole cluster from a wrecking yard, works fine again. Good luck, you could also check to see if the cable has come loose from the back of the instrument cluster.

Does timing belt break automatically damage engine?
No, it doesn't mean that you absolutely have to replace the engine. were you driving when it happened? were you sitting still? what RPM was the engine doing when the failure occurred? These are all contributing factors when dealing with timing belt issues.

How do I fix ECU code 4, 8, and 9 on a 1990 Honda Accord?
there is a failing sensor that is energising the limp mode in the ECM. Run the fault codes to see it you can determine what is happening. It may be engine or it may be transmission as both units are protected . Check oil and coolant levels and transmission levels as well as transmission oil temperatures . BY stopping the motor and restarting you are cancelling out the stored fault and resetting the sensor /CVPU but it will reappear again at random. Might be a loose wire connection in a harness to the transmission or the ECM
