You are lucky that you have the replacement as a guide to show you how the original console is held in place. If you are handy, you can get a tool from an auto parts store that will help you loosen the retaining clips in the positions shown on the replacement item. You may need a helper to hold onto the in-place console while you carefully pry on the clips to get them loose. A small, clean rag put into place between the pry tool, your hands and the headliner will help keep things tidy. Good luck

It is normal for the top radiator hose to be hotter than the lower hose. The top hose brings the heated coolant from the engine to the radiator, and the lower hose returns the cooler water from the radiator back to the engine to help keep the engine at proper temperature. Check the valve cover gaskets, and look for excessively oily areas on the bottom of the car to see if you can find where the oil is leaking from.
