External fuses keeping blowing
get down on the carpet and see if you can smell burning along the sills where the wires go through the body work or in the trunk or under the hood. By the way this is very dangerous. the blown fuses are preventing you from having a car fire. get it looked at asap by an automotive electrician. has anyone installed amateur electrics (sub woofer amplifier etc) these are a likely cause of most electrical problems
How do I put a new heater blower on a 2000
it is either under the hood against the firewall or you have to remove the dash which is a major expense. are you sure you need a new blower they are normally very reliable. check the fuse for corrosion and use a continuity tester and follow the wiring for a hidden break
Something is draining my battery on my 2003
often it is the tiniest light or circuit eg tailgate, trunk or door interior light switch. wait for dark and then check for the glove box light or under hood light or other interior light. is the radio turning off ok?
with the ignition and motor turned off connect a 12v voltmeter to the battery then disconnect/reconnnect one fuse at a time and observe when the voltmeter flickers. remember that alarm systems and clock in radio draw current at all times.with the engine off, put your hand on the alternator. if it is hot then the battery is trying to make it spin like a motor due to a failed rectifier. these are built in to the alternator housing so an exchange alternator is needed.
it may be that your battery has seen better days. batteries are very sensitive to cold weather. have the battery load tested. better a new battery now than stuck in the snow with a dead engine

inspect the cover of the fuse box for the name for each fuse. pull the offending fuse providing it only does one job. some fuses protect the radio and antenna and interior lights etc at the same time
What tempature does the cooling fans come on
normally around 100deg C. buy a small hi-lo thermometer and sit it or stick it on the top of the radiator or top hose using a cable tie. it will record the highest temp achieved before the electric fan turns on

check the heater matrix for leaks. have you got a film of slimy fog on the inside of the windshield and does it smell sweet in the cabin. if so this is glycol escaping from the heater matrix
How can I manually push a driver seat back on a
remove the seat plug (3 wires?) under the seat and make a pig tail and connect to a 12v source. briefly tap the motor connections with the 12v wire ie do not fasten the wires the seat motor will run one way with + - and the other way with - +. one wire should be ground or earth return wire, 2nd wire forwards, 3rd wire backwards?

Whats a heater core and how much do they cost
The heater core is located inside the car's ventilation (interior fan) system. Looking inside the engine compartment, there should be two hoses (approx. 1 to 1.5" diameter) running from the water pump to the firewall between the engine compartment and cabin interior. They are attached to the heater core. The core itself is not terribly expensive, but removing and replacing it is labor-intensive i.e. dash may need to be removed to gain access. Good luck.

Its possible you cooked the pump. The pump needs liquid gasoline to keep it cool and lubed. There's also a chance the pump is damaged from debris from the bottom of the tank.If you have fuel in the tank, you would jumper the pump relay to find out if the pump is running and what is coming out of the filter under the car.
