Could be a brake pad, or a wheel bearing. If the sound is a little "heavy", it could be the left CV joint.My car made a clicking sound like that , it was a bent shield around the back of the brake rotors. I remember bending it when I changed a tire. Also you could see if the brake "Wear indicator" could be hitting the rotor.Hope this helps.

The clicking noise is usually the starter solenoid failing to engage. In your case it sounds like it is just barely starting to fail and the new battery simply gave it enough juice to overcome and start. I would expect the problem to return soon. When it does, locate the starter and give it a few light taps with a hammer or other weighted object while turning the key. this should enable it to start. In that case you will need to replace the starter.

The last time I looked, the PCM has to be programmed by a dealer or authorized shop for the vehicle VIN number (the anti-theft and radio systems will already be programmed to only accept this number). If it is, then the anti-theft system has to be reset, also usually by a dealer with a programmer.

Did you check the cig lighter fuse ? It powers the ALDL plug for the scanner if your car has one. That circuit could also affect the door locks.

I think there is more going on than just the CD issue. Check all error codes (DTCs) in the vehicle for a better understanding of the problem.

Clean the throttle body/carburetor. Clean where the plates set in the body. Front and back.

1- check your fuses 2- if your thermostat needs to be replaced it can cause the fan to stop working because engine never gets hot enough to allow fan to come on. 3- your fan blower motor could be defective and needs to be replaced 4- your fan blower resister may need to be replaced. The fan will still work on high in most cars, but not work at all in others 5- if you have automatic temp control, the control panel may need to be replaced. These are expensive, so get a replacement at junk yard.

Use button on dash to open trunk?

You have to remove it from underneath the vehicle. It's a little tricky to get out, but wiggle it around a little and it will work its way out.

Do your cooling fans come on ?

Check your antifreeze level to make sure it is at the correct level. Also check to make sure your coolent level sensoe is properly connected. If both of those are ok, it may be you need to replace the coolant level sensor.

The fluid may be frozen either at the spray heads or somewhere between the pump and sprayer. Wait until the air temperature gets above freezing and try it again. You may want to switch to the orange washer fluid instead of the blue until spring.

If the refrigerant has leaked out, the Air Cond pump may not turn on. If it has leaked out, you have other problems. ( check for power at the Air Cond. Pump )

Your front rotors are warped. If they are in good shape and thick enough they may be able to turn them and make them true again. If they are in bad shape or to thin they will need to be replaced. Check the amount of brake pad left while you are checking the rotors. If the pads are 2-4 mm they are ready to be replaced. It also won't hurt to check the calipers to make sure the pistons move freely and check the caliper slides to make sure they are not frozen as well. Hey Jeff,you did check fuse in fuse box on driver side,if good and secure,then it may be your blower motor resister,it's located by blower motor,controls the blower motor,if bad it won't run or just on some speeds,if part doesn't fix,Autozone will refund.You can't tell by looking at resister to see if bad.Here's a link to the blower motor resistor,
