Can you post a Picture of what you are calling the Top Screw? Are you talking about a Bleeder Screw?

BATTERY COULD BE BAD.TAKE BATTERY TO AUTO PARTS STORE HAVE IT LOAD TESTED.IF BATTERY GOOD.CHECK ALTERNATOR FUSE.AND CHECK ALTERNATOR BATTERY FEED WIRE AND CHECK VOLTAGE REGULATOR WIRES FOR DAMAGE.CHECK DRIVE BELT.

Code E85 is the same as P085 which is a problem with the throttle position sensor. The sensor would need to be tested.

These are just ideas, but In my simple attempt....start with checking, or have someone check every fuse in the fuse box. Another thought is that the turn signal indicator arm that controls blinkers, high beams has finally gave out. And when it did, it might have shorted out the horn. Being a 1993, it has probably seen some usage. Does the cigarette lighter work?? Also check the fuse in the fuse box that controls the horn, because in some of my experiences, the cigarette lighter and the horn are sometimes on the same fuse.

If there's oil all around the sensor, you have to find out where it's coming from. Is there an o ring out of place? Sounds like the sensor was installed incorrectly. . Try pulling it out, cleaning it up, and carefully re installing it. Good luck, it doesn't quite sound like the transmisson. Pressurized systems cannot leak. Fuses 6-7-8-9 are powered from the ignition key switch.Fuse 4 is powered from the RAP relay number 2 in the relay box.RAP is for retained accessory power - its the relay that keeps power going to the radio and things after you turn the key off and before you open the door.

Turn signal relay, try swaping with hazad relay to test

I HAVE A 1993 CADILLAC. I BELIEVE THE HEATER CORE IS OUT. THERE IS NO WATER IN THE DASH BOARD OF THE CAR. I'AM THINKING I MY NEED TO REPLACE A HOLES. WHAT DO I DO?

You may have more than one problem.The code F32 is for a problem between the engine computer and the body computer, or a loss of memory. To fix that someone would need to check the ground connections and the harness between the two computers.The engine could be burning coolant like the head gasket problem you mentioned.
