Step by step instructions on how to change a thermostat on a 1995 acura legend
drain coolant, locate thermostat housing on engine at end of lower radiator hose, loosen clamp to remove hose from housing and disconnect sensor...remove bolts and carefully remove housing from engine. 1988 honda acura legend keeps leaking oil dont know where from
You need to have someone you trust to look under your car for leaks. For that amount of oil loss the leak should show a trail of oil. There is a rear main seal and it is where the transmission and engine join. Often the oil pan is in the vicinity of this part. Perhaps the repair was misdiagnosed and you actually had a bad rear seal leak instead. Depending on how this style seal is removed, it may require separating the engine from the transmission. Or the repair did not last and you should go back to have it corrected. If there is no leak under your car, then the oil is going somewhere. The valve seals are the next most probable place.I hope my solution is helpful, please rate my info.
