If i were you i would use the wiring harness from the engine that you have transplanted into your car,failling that there could be either a mechanical or electrical problem with the engine that you have transplanted, have come across problems like yourself in the past very frustrating and time consuming but you will get there in the end transplanting two different engines is never easy.

If your alarm will not shut of then your engine will not start if your alarm has an immobaliser system,you will have to disconnect the battery leave it for a few hours reconnect and see if your problem still exists if so then you would probably have a problem with either the alarm system itself or an earth problem the only way to really find out would be to call out an auto electritian who should have diagnostic equipment to diagnose the fault at hand.

intake leak or vaccum leak spray strarting fluid all around under hood and listen for the spot that causes the moter to excelerate

As your car has a handbrake fitted to the rear calipers,you will need a piston wind in tool to retract the piston fully back into the caliper as when you adjust your handbrake the piston automatically winds itself to the required position for usage without this tool you are getting nowhere,so get hold of a tool to do the job and you should not have problem unless the piston has totally siezed on the screw then you will have a problem being the only way to repair would to be a new or refurbished caliper.

may be the starter because the gear is not kicking out to turn your fly wheel

Check under the driver side dash above the brake and accelarator-little box.

Well as silly as it is the most common cause is a bad brake light switch check and see if your brake lights are working if there not check the connections on the switch most commonly located as the top of the brake pedal ..hope this helps good luck :)

Blown fuse perhaps.... but also if this car is equiped with air filters for filtering the circulating air inside the car .. if they become clogged it sends a message to the fan switch and the fans will not runn until the filters are changed. You can uusully find them in the glove box somewhere.

That sounds like the mas air flow censer or the throttle position censor to me, I had a 1991 nissan fair lady z which did the same thing when they went out. Try removing it checking the wiring plugs, and cleaning the plugs and censors with electronic cleaner (you can purchase that at a local autozone)

check the plug wires and change them also check the cap/rotor for cracks and the coil itself for cracks

try pluging in the ois sensor again it is likely on the same part of the loom as the rad fan

Battery voltage is not always an indication of the battery health. Measure the battery terminal voltage under load. Check how it behaves whilst you are cranking the engine or when headlamps are switched on. If it drops drastically, some cells may be shorted. I also recommend checking the TDC sensor.

This issue can be many, many things, Carb, or fuel injection? Typically, there is an intake leak somewhere, hoses fall off or crack...

Up above your gas pedal. It will be a gray box or a brown box. Don't buy a new one, just pry the cover off of it and look close to find the broken solder connection. Heat the faulty pin until the solder puddles around it and your good to go. It's smaller than a human har, look close and you'll see the loose connection.

change the shift solenoid and it will help ,if this doesn't then change the main relay.
