It would have to scanned with a computer to see exactly what is wrong.It could be the sir module,passenger side airbag, front sensors, or a short in the wiring. Without codes this is as far I can go. Even with codes, sensors and wiring would have to be checked..But codes give you a direction to look.

You need to remove the door panel and find out what is broken or disconnected and replace them,such as clips,rods,or latch it's self

check the wiring harness inside the door frame to make sure it is still plugged in. check the fuse panel, probably the one inside the car, not the one under the hood. if it was a gradual or intermittent problem also will lead to a diagnoses much easier. Did it happen suddenly, all of the sudden no window, and no power locks. Was the car involved in an accident recently, no matter how small it may have seemed. either the wiring harness is loose or has come unplugged, or the wires have been cut through by maybe something was shut in the door and crimped/cut the wires. perhaps liquid was spilled somehow and got inside the door, blowing the fuses.

remove metal cover, move tenioner to unload belt, remove tenioner and replace belt. make sure water pump and tenioner pulleys turn

Engine not getting fuel, check filter. if its the pump you should bring it to a mechanic
