Buy a EODB computer and plug it in to read the codes.

Plug a diagnostic computer in to the EODB port and the device will display error codes on screen, you can then cross reference them to find out the areas to check.

When you replaced the back plugs (fun job, right?), you may have damaged or disconnected a vacuum line or disturbed an electrical connection in the area - check all of these. Other probable causes are a malfunctioning or dirty EGR valve or idle air control (IAC) motor, or a bad throttle position sensor (TPS). These devices may need to be checked, but usually don't fail without warning - check for error codes (DTCs).

You can try resetting any vehicle error codes (DTCs) with a code scanner. Depending on which instrument panel (IPC) you have, you may be able to put your IPC in diagnostic mode and reset any DTCs from there. Simultaneously hold the top of the Info button and the On/Off buttons for several seconds to go to diagnostic mode; then use these buttons to navigate the options showing on the IPC. Before resetting the DTCs, make sure you record the DTCs - you can look them up on the internet. If resetting doesn't solve your problem, the IPC is probably toast.

The only way to be sure if a fuse is blown is to remove it and check it with a multimeter - looks can be deceiving! There are several radio options for your car, some which also involve an amplifier with a fuse separate from the radio. Since you did not indicate which option you have, the place to start would be fuse 21 in rear fuse block (under rear seat). The amp fuse would be 63. See the diagram in the fuse box for locations. If a fuse is not the problem, your radio is probably toast.
