posable bad radiator cap or thermastat, or blockage its supposed to fill up when the engine is hot and presurized because of expansion of the fluid and when it cools down it goes back into the radiator if it dose not in the normal fassion it may be one of the above dont put more than specified limit of antifreeze when its cold otherwise it will expand out the resvior

Need a heater core.

cadillacs are netorious for there electrical problems i need more info what engine and ****** do you have? what isnt working heater, nav, cruese controle lights, ect but most electical problems on cadillacs is a bad main ground check your manual for ground locations. put a test light on the pos terminal and hit the ground points with it if light comes on brightly its a good ground if not its a bad one you can use a multimeater as well to tell if you have 12v going to the grounds if not then there is a break or dirty ground connections but thats most probable you can have other problems as well need more info

70 psi static does need a charge.find compressor relay, jump relay and compressor will start. add refrigerant,replace relay and a/c should work fine

Hi Doug, I believe that you should take the vehicle for a diagnostic scan. The Service center will be able to explain how to disengage the speed limiter and test for all the other faults on your vehicle. Regards John

You will need to call a locksmith on this.

It just depends on your tank size. You probably get about 15 -18 miles per gallon. 13 gallon tank would be around 200 miles. 15 gallon tank around 232 miles.
