Your fuel sending unit inside the gas tank probably needs replaced. If you are mechanically inclined, you can do this yourself. If not, and you don't like living with it, you can go to a repair shop. I am not sure what they charge right now for such a thing but I am guessing close to $150.

it is possible that there is a problem with the distributor cap ( cracks and moisture) HT lead failure or vacuum leaks.

It sounds like you need a new turn signal switch. The rear brake lights, but not the center one, are routed through the turn signal switch. The cruise control may come back when the brake lights are restored. There must be a trouble code associated with the service light. You should have that checked. It may only tell you what you already know, but you should have it checked. You will anyway want to erase the code once the repairs are done.

It is below the dash ,left of the steering column. clipped to the back of the plastic panel above where your knees would be. Have to take the panel off . 4 or 5 7mm or 8mm screws .Three wires going to it , a black , brown , and a purple one. Hope this helps ! good luck !

I don't believe Cadillac has the trap door through the rear seat or trunk so you'll have to drop the gas tank in order to change the sending unit, then again I's change the whole pump and sender as a unit, if the car has over 80k on the clock the pumps not far behind in failing, after all it's just an expensive GM product and the fuel pumps are know for failure at around 80k to 100k

transmission gears can not engaged because the first gear gears are worn out...let a mechanic change it

the module is actually the head unit in the center of the dash there is a electronic speed control module that will be located on top the interior heater box behind the glove box unless you are lucky enough too have one that was actually assembled in the states those units that where are located under the hood on the outside blower box passenger side of car close to the valve cover side of the box

ANY OIL CHANGE IS PRETTY EASY REMOVE THE DRAIN PLUG RE-INSTALL THEN PUT OIL IN , AS FAR AS THE LUBE JUST LOOK FOR THE ZERK FITTINGS ON THE INSIDE HUB'S SHOULD'NT BE ANY SURPRISES

In Cadillacs ( I have an Eldorado ) the radio and power to things like your windows and power trunk release, will stay on for up to 15 minutes after the engine is shut off and the keys are removed. However once you open your car door it should it should break the connection and shut the power off to your radio and windows, If it is not cutting off the power i would look for a connector that should be attached to the pin that controls your interior lights in the door frame. Probably a good cleaning or replacement of that switch should fix your problem. If that does not cure your problem then take it in to an auto electric shop to have them trace the wires to find out where a cuircut has been stuck (fused) in the on position.
