My heater dont get hot
Sounds like the heating core you may have to take it to a mechanic who knows how to service a Cadillac or your next bet would be to take it to a dealership. Spendy, but I would rather have a certified mechanic check on the caddy then a back yard mechanic
Car Has No Idle Current Codes Read P035 and P065
Your codes indicate faulty readings from the MAP sensor and Powertrain Control Module. Problems with either of these would mean the engine computer could not accurately determine fuel injection ratios, causing the symptoms you describe. When you take your foot off the gas, the engine cannot regulate the combination of air and fuel. This could mean that the MAP sensor is bad, but it could also indicate some other miscellaneous fuel injection or ignition problems. If you have an advanced scanner that gives you a readout of more than just the error codes (such as the actual senor readings) you may be able to isolate the problem and confirm it is the MAP sensor, which you could buy and replace yourself with the air of a repair manual. If you cannot isolate it as the MAP sensor or determine that it is the PCM, you will need to take it to the dealer, as the PCM will need to be recalibrated on their computers even if you install it yourself.Barring the relevant knowledge or equipment needed to further diagnose the problem, you'd want to take your car to a mechanic you trust to work on Cadillacs - know that they can be a bit more complicated than their GMC and Chevy cousins - or to a dealer to check the systems.

HelloWhen the service engine
soon light (Also called the check engine light or engine management
light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that Powertrain
Control Module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the
systems it controls you may not feel any difference in the way the
engine runs, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission
system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these
faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control
module scanned with a special tool called an OBD1 or 2 electronic engine
control scanner or a OBD1 or 2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then
you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the
appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was
performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.
Emergency break stuck- how to realease it?
The emergency brake does not affect the lighting or lights on your plates. This is an entirely different problem going on. On some vehicles, when you start them and put them in reverse the emergency brake pops out automatically. If this doesn't work, you will have to manually unlock the mechanism. As for the lights, the problem may be in your switch.

Abs and security light on dash and has a northstar motor
The security light is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterperates this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. Remember too, the TDM controls the security light. Sometimes you can have ALL the symptoms and no lights. This link may help you.

The trunk will not close
Try a little grease or PB Blaster, or WD40 on the latch itself...could be the latch is stuck in the open position. Has there been a collision around the trunk latch? If so, a re-alignment of the latch and catch may be necessary. Hope this helps.
Type your problem for a solution...CAR WILL NOT START THE ENGINE TURNS OVER BUT WILL NOT RUN
HelloThe engine
and automatic transmission in this vehicles drive train
are fully electronically controlled by a computer called the PCM
(Power Train Control Module). Whenever a problem like this occurs the
computer stores a record of the problem (there are of course some
exceptions to this, like the fuel pump, engine coolant temperature
sensor and MAF sensor for instance) in the form of a fault code in
its memory, to read these fault codes you must have the systems
memory scanned with a special tool. Once the fault code(s) are read
you then must perform the appropriate diagnostic testing to find and
resolve the problem(s) DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS UNTIL A
TRAINED TECHNICAIN HAS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM TO AVOID SPEDING YOUR
HARD EARNED MONEY ON PARTS THAT MAY NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM
