Have it towed to a shop! Do not drive this car! It seems that either your brake master cylinder or the brake booster or both have failed. You can no longer count on having brakes when you need them.

33 is for the mass air flow sensor...38 is for the brake system...there is a brake switch circuit problem.

Sounds like you have a stuck thermostat or major blockage in system. Perhaps flush it again.

that is a heated O2 sensor code

Off the top of my head the following may be the case for your 1995 Cadillac Deville based on my 1997 Cadillac Deville knowledge:

gear indicator fault- has to do with the shift lever sensor down on the column by the feet,

service ride control- has to do with the air ride shocks in the back or the compressor in the front or the ride control height,

change oil soon- has to do with not resetting the % oil life (just press reset button for a few seconds when the oil % life is displayed)

I just did the rear caliper on my '95 Deville Concours and found that the caliper would not rotate enough to slide it off the top bolt. My solution was to remove the parking brake cable bracket bolt behind the caliper. This gave me the ability to rotate the caliper enough to get the caliper off of the brake pads and slide the caliper towards the inside of the car.

Check fuses and flasher flasher is behind the radio

Usually the battery wont take the charge so the light comes on to let you know you need a new one.
