Electric seat is froze and it wont move
The only way I know to do this is to pull the seat and see what's wrong (the gears may be jammed, the motor burned out, etc.). Wiring diagrams are available at Alldatadiy.com
My fuel gauge isnt working at first it wasnt
Always check that all frame ground and body ground wires are clean and well connected. Sounds to me like whoever replaced your fuel sending unit did not connect a ground to it very well. A single bad ground can make an electrical system backfeed and cause a lot of things to go haywire. I've seen this happen many times and re-connecting the ground wire after a good cleaning fixes it well.

check your timing. Cadillac use to use a plastic timing gear that would easily strip. Replace it with an aftermarket gear made of metal and you won't have problems for a long time. Why they used a plastic timing gear is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of and when I found that out I vowed to never buy a cadillac again.
Tightening sequence and torque
It depends on the Engine you have. According to Chilton's Repair manual - a 8 cylinder 250 (4.1) needs to be tightened to 45 ft. lbs, then to 90 ft. lbs. A 350( 5.7) to45 ft. lbs. then to 85 ft. lbs. The sequence for a 350 is:
