2004 Acura MDX Water Leak

The 2002 MDX I worked on turned out to be a drainage problem . Seems the factory installed foam in the bottom of the hinge pillar post which blocked the drain holes . Take off the mud flap , remove enough of the splash shield to access the bottom of the hinge pillar and drill a half inch hole at the front lower corner aiming the drill slightly upward ( be sure to protect the bare metal) .Water gushed out when I did this. For extra ins. remove the kick panels and check for two holes a few inchs from the floor, plug and chaulk these holes. Hope this worksfor you too

A/c clutch & coil replacement in 2004 acura mdx touring

I'm not certain what your question is, if you are inquiring about the dificulty, it is moderate, possibly including evacuating the system and removing the compressor. On most v6 models, coil/clutch replacement cannot be done with the compressor on the vehicle. If I can assist further, reach me at https://www.6ya.com/thericepatch

Navigation sys needs a four digit pin. The 3 button option to get the SN does not work so is it the SN of the display unit I need or the SN of the Disc unit under the seat on2004 MDX

On both Honda and Acura vehicles, in the glove box where the owners manual is, there should be a radio code or something. You must have disconnected the battery changing out something, and this always happens. The card that has the code is a business card size card that is white and says, "radio code." This is why they have this anti-theft radio device, so that if anyone were to steal your radio out of your car, they will need the radio code to get it to work. otherwise, the radio is useless without the code. If you can't find it anywhere, which they do get lost very easily, you will have to go to a Honda dealership and confirm ownership of the vehicle by means of title or valid registration and drivers license. Then they will release the code to you. You may have to pay, I don't know. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. Hope this helps you out.

My 2004 mdx acura sounds like water gurgleling

if your hearing this in the passenger compartment it is mostlikely the heater core. Low coolant or air that was not bled out could be the cause. If your coolant system has been neglected it is posible that blockage is causing the coolant to be diverted or just flow with exteeme turbulence.
A clogged condensation drain for the ac evaporator could leave the pan full from condesation or if the hearter core is leaking than coolant. But that would only slosh as thecar moves and water would be dripping on your feet
Sounds like its time to check your antifreeze...
...and Winter is coming!

It will need to be removed and repaired. If repair is not possible it will cost about $3000.00 to replace the unit.

If i give more tha half throttle it falls on its face

The 1st thing that needs to be done here is to scan the engine control unit for fault codes through the diagnostic port under the dash. Many discount auto parts stores will do the code check for free, Autozone is one that I know does it for free. Do Not take their advice, they are not trained in electronic engine control and will only cost you money and time.

How can I replace the two air vents on each side

This may be too late in posting. There are some great air fresheners that are a quick, inexpensive fix. The brand you want to look for is called Autoicon1.png Expressions, Ventfresh airfresheners. Pep boys in my area, colorado springs, has a better choice than autozone. They run about 3-4$ for a package of four. AE vent clips look better in the vents than Refresh and other brands which have big round white head that clash with the black. Auto Expressions Vent Sticks: Wildberries Auto Air Freshener - 4 pk. ' Product Details ' Pep Boys This is a link for what they look like.

Something is wrong with the vsa system it sounds like it keeps activate. This will make vehicle jerk. Have vehicle scanned for codes. I am guessing a wheel speed sensor. You might have to go to the dealer. It most likely will be expensive
