My 93 acura legend wont start. Ticking sound??

That sounds like a dead battery. The ticking sound is the relay (a type of switch) which enables power to the starter motor when you turn the key. If the battery is weak, the relay will click, but there is not enough power to turn the starter motor.

The way that you find leaks is to pressure test the cooling system, to about 12 - 15 psi. Then take a light and a mirror and start looking. If you do determine that freeze plugs are leaking, change them all. Not necessarily easy, as access is a big issue.

Ac compresser turns on and

All modern cars with AC have a clutch attached to the compressor that cycles on and off when the temperature is reached that you have setr inside the car. You hear this clutch cycle as a loud click/clunk inside or outside of the vehicle. The serpentine belt turns the pulley of the clutch, and the clutch solenoid is activated by the computer if the car needs additional power (say climbing up hill) or the temperature sensor tells the computer that it has reached its set temperature. The clutch assembly can be seen in this picture. http://www.allthetimeauto.com/19acleusacco2.html

How do you remove the transmission pan on a 1993

first locate the automatic transmission... there should be a black or silver pan directly on the bottom of the transmission. should be fairly easy to get to... loosen all the bolts that are holding the pan on. be careful fluid will drain out as soon as you crack those open so either drain it first or loosen one side of the pan and let it hang down a little bit and drain that way...

How hard is it to replace the heater fan

The blower motor on your vehicle is a little harder than most. You will have to remove your glove box assembly to get to it. The labor schedule for most blower motors calls for 0.7 to 0.9 hours. Yours calls for 2.2 hours to complete the task.

I own a 1993 Acura Legend LS and when i push the

There is a fuse to the horn. If you have the owners manual, it will tell you where the norn fuse is. If you don't have a manual, then take a test light that you can buy at any parts store, and test each side of each fuse. They have a test point on the fuses. The fuse will light up on one side of the fuse, but the other side will be dead. All of the fuses won't light the light. Because some fuses are not powered unless the engine is running. But the horn fuse will light up with the key in the off position.
