no engine told at all and is a 100% engine EFI questions. One very common issue with these generations of 5 cylinder engines are the PCV system. If you haven't had the service completed yet, I'm sure it need it.

Check there is adequate oil pressure and flow for the transmission.

Looking at the diagram, the violet wires should have 12 volts with the key on- if not, then i would focus on the infotainment relay and the Central Electric Module. If you have 12 volts on violet, check the brown wires for a good ground. Violet/White wires should have a constant 12 volts. If you can borrow someone's fancy scan tool, you could scan the system for codes that may be helpful in figuring out what module is at fault. If all of this checks out, i would go for reflowing solder joints in the Infotainment Control Module first and the audio module next

Please take note of whether the error comes on after you've accidentally performed a certain action in your vehicle (ie removing seat belt, winding down windows etc). Thank you.

Hi, Please check your alternator to see if it's functioning properly. If so, you can attempt to jumpstart your vehicle again. Also, please only change bulbs while the car is turned off. If current was running through your vehicle and didn't find the expected resistor (within your bulb), this might have cause somewhat of a short circuit - even though I think that manufacturer would have built protection for this. blower (fan) WORKS BUT CONTROLS DEAD. TO HVAC ask dad for help? or brother, or uncle?????? not told at all blower spins but does it push(blow) air to any vents (MODES)? blower works but fails on heater and cold to all vents or just some. if the heater work and cold air fails on all vents that can be A/C failure under the hood or the controls are stuck in heater mode. there are many tests to find out if problem is in the dash or under the hood; , lots of tests. the cause can be just a loose wire, or vastly more complex a evap core blown. (just did mine last week)$$$$$$$

XC-70 (typo) YES. ALL CARS MADE, FOR SURE LAST 20 YEAR. HAVE FULL SERVICE MANUAL THAT COVER ALL THAT AND 1ZILLION MORE TOPICS. ALL DO older cars too, but are weaker before manuals were in digital form. for sure 2007! you posted with not country, and what engines is actually there. ours USA is. 2.5L L5 engine and 2.4L has x6---- O-RINGS here. in, inch/lbs, Divide by 12 to get foot/lbs a diagram what? a VC? not sure what that means , and all that is in the SM service manual. CAN I ASSUME, you need all 10 steps in the manual told to you?>

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions Section.
2. Remove intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold removal and installation.
3. Remove spark plugs from:
   • Cylinders 1 and 5-5-cylinder engine
   • Cylinders 2 and 5-6-cylinder engine
4. Install two camshaft cover press tools 999 5454 into the vacated spark plug holes. Ensure that the bolt in the spark plug well is fully tightened 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm).
5. Remove Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid.
6. Leave a 0.079-0.118 inch (2-3mm) gap to the camshaft cover when installing the press tools 999 5454
7. Remove all bolts securing the camshaft cover to cylinder head.
8. Use pliers 999 5670 to lift camshaft cover from cylinder head.
   • Install pliers at the stop lugs. Start with cylinder 1 and work alternately backwards.
   • Slacken off the wing nuts approximately 2 turns.
9. • Repeat the procedure working toward rear of engine.
   • Carefully press out the front and rear camshaft seals.
   • Remove the two press tools 999 5454 from spark plug holes.
   • Remove the camshaft cover.

that? the install is more complex , including sealants. and tighten the bolts in sequence from the center and outwards to 88 inch lbs. (10 Nm). and

1. Install:
   • Variable valve timing (VVT) solenoid. Use a new gasket. Tighten center bolt to 89 ft. lbs. (120 Nm), center plug to 26 ft. lbs. (35 Nm)
   • Spark plugs and tighten to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm)
   • Intake Manifold, refer to Intake Manifold removal and installation

Check the bonnet light switch. It is probably stuck or may need adjusting.
