1997 Subaru outback legacy no turn signal or

Ok ! The flasher can is a make or break circuit controller . This will not operate anyway unless the right resistence is applied to one or other contact . The only way that is going to happen is if your circuits are in good order . First visually check the bulb element to see if it is broken , if not broken check the contact area of the bulb , side and then soldered centre points , these sould be bright clean and sparkly , if not get some wire wool and give them a good clean . Now for the bulb holder , keep away from this , the wire wool . Bits may break off and cause untold problems . This is where you go off to chat up the missus or the girl friend for the use of her finger nail board. gently clean the bulb holder with the emery board , I would suggest not giving it back to her unless she asks . As you have just made a right mess of it . OK! Pop the bulb in the holder and everything should be limelight .

I took out the stereo of my 2000 outback and put it back all wires plugged in and it wont turn on any ideas of what might be the issue?

check your fuse box and see if your radio fuse is blown if it isnt you should try connecting the yellow and red wires from the radio and the harness all together and see if it comes on. if it does theres a problem with the main power supply (red wire from the harness). quick fix : run a new wire from the red on your stereo to the fuse panel and connect it to the radio fuse.

2000 subaru outback timing belt is changed, cranck and cam sensors changed but car stall crank and engine keep shutting off while driving

If this vehicle has a stand alone ignition module, that is more than likely the culprit. Change the igntion module and the problem should go away.
