Hoe do I fix a dim right headlight?
Check for the voltage and amp at the good light, then the bad one and compare. That will tell you where to start looking for the problem.

'91 Subaru: dash & running lights won't turn on with headlights
This is a problewm I have been researching. On the 91 Loyale
there are two headlight relays. The relay for the left headlight
also controls the instrument lights and the running lights. If
the right relay is working and the left is not, the left headlight will
be dim because of a back electrical path through the high beam
indicator light on the dash, but the instrument and running lights will
be out. I have been trying to find out where Subaru put these
relays, but three Subaru service departments have been no help.
One dealer's service department told me to remove the large bezel
around the instrument panel. I did and the relays weren't
there. Lots of luck.

Where is the coolant sensor that acts as a choke ?
do you mean the the thermostat? the one that lets your car get up to working temp before it opens up to let the water circulate? that is normally found the on the engine where the rubber hose from the radiator connects to the engine

Waterpump
That bolt holds the crank pulley on to the crankshaft. you can try to hold the engine at the flywheel access hole (timing check hole) at rear of engine

Cannot get 1,8 ohv engine to start. jumped time
If by jumped time you mean that the timing chain or belt was bad, resulting in the camshaft being out of time, your first step should be a compression test; presuming everything is correctly installed and timed. Many engines are not free- wheeling (having valve clearance the prevents pistons from hitting valves that are open at the top of its stroke), and once the camshaft goes out of time pistons start hitting and bending valves. I do not know whether your engine is or is not free wheeling.
