check tank for gummed up condition from fuel breaking down

Might be the fuel filter(s). Especially if you've run out of gas lately.

could be the c/v axle, the ball jount. or the powerstreering belt is loose

have you checked the coolant level, make sure its full, and the other thing to look at would be the thermostat, it may be stuck open,

take it to a GARAGE AND LET THEM HAVE A LOOK

i do not know, but stop using the car until you fix it. If you overheat the turbo, it will be damaged beyond repair,and it is extremely costly to substitute.

core plug hope it is not the one behind the flywheel ,if it is dump the vehicle 1991,is not worth repairing

Are you loosing water from the inside of the radiator?...then it is a blown head gasket, or a cracked head/block. Is there steam coming out of the exhaust? Is the water dripping from the exhaust pipe and from the small factory hole in the muffler....then it is normal. Most likely, as every car with air conditioning, the evaporator core collects frost even in the summer and the A/C cycles to heat it, and melt it off. It is meant to drip through a small pipe, under the car, onto the ground. It is perfectly clear and clean water. It is normal functioning of the air conditioning. In the winter when the defrost is selected to clear the windshield, the automatic air conditioning produces cold dry air, which is then heated to clear the moisture. Frost collects on the evaporator core. The system cycles to heat it off from time to time and it will drip clear water in the winter when you didn't even know that the air conditioning was on. After all who needs air conditioning in the winter when you did not select it. The automatic system turned it on to dry the re-heated air to clear the moisture from inside the car.

Get your tires balanced. Most likely you have had a hole patched in the tire at some point and they did not balance the tire. (Left rear)

sounds like water has clogged the air filter. Check/replace the air filter.

All lights are supposed to turn off when a subaru key is off right? No! There is a switch on top of the steering wheel column that will turn on lights for warning when parked. You somehow have hit that switch.

Lubricant may not resolve it sounds like it could be your water pump froze up. Look to see if it is turning. Even if it turns it still could be bad.Usally the first sign of it going bad. Stop by your local auto parts store to see if they agree.

did you install the filter the correct direction some only allow fuel flow in one direction, or the increased fuel flow because the filter was no longer plugged may have sent more dirt and rust into the new filter clogging it

The backup light switch is on the left side of the transmission. It should be hex shaped with 2 wires coming out of it.

The positive battery cable runs to the starter. Just follow the old cable when installing the new one.

I'd try removing the fan first.
