2004 Audi TT - Page 7 Questions & Answers
Obo scanner gave me these codes p0171, p0201, p0202, p0203, p0204, p0321 and it wont start? please help i noe what the codes mean just dont noe what to go for
I will give you what the codes mean and you can then work out what to replace.
code p0171 refers to system too lean--bank 1===causes intake / exhaust leak---AIR system---MAF/VAF sensor---fuel pressure/pump---injector/s---HO2s
code p0201 refers to injector 1--circuit malfunction===causes--- wiring--injector ---ECM
code p0202 refers to injector 2 --circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---injector--ECM
code p0203efers to injector 3 --circuit malfunction===causes---wiring--- injector --ECM
code p0204 refers to injector 4 --circuit malfunction===causes ---wiring ---injector ---ECM
code po321 refers to crank shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor---range / performance problem===causes---air gap---metal particle contamination---insecure sensor /rotor --wiring---CKP/RPM sensor.
The directional lights on my TT stopped working
The hazard switches on some Audi models includes a relay for the turn signals. This was true on my Allroad and A6, but I haven't needed to replace on my TT yet.
Part is easy to replace, but about 50 to 75 dollars.

Do you have an auto transmission? If so, Audi / VW use a fluid that matches that description. Also, oil with coolant can take that color too. Where under the car does it appear?
Get under there and look to see if you can trace to the source. It will require removal of the sound deadening panel that use a special star shape bit. Because the car is so low, you will need to raise the car with ramps. Do not use a jack to crawl under, that is a major safety risk unless supported with jack stands!
