I have a 1993 audi 100s and i put power steering

It sounds like you have more than one problem. If the steering wheel is difficult to turn it means the steering pump is not working. Check in the engine compartment and see if the fanbelt is still in place. I think it may have come off since that battery light indicates that the alternator is also not working and both the alternator and power steering pump are belt driven. Post if you have further problems.

How I can check if my transmision oil is in the

For an automatic transmission, the car must be at operating temperature and running to check the level. There should be a dipstick with a red or yellow handle (check your owners manual for location and description).. Pull the dipstick all the way out, wipe it clean, insert it back in the tube for about 10 to 15 seconds and then pull it out and check that the level of the transmission fluid is around half way up the crosshatch markings on the stick. Also check the color, red is ok but dark red means time for a service. It will also have a pungent scent if the fluid is bad. Put some in between your fingers and look for any dark or metallic metal shavings. Some are ok but check for large pieces.
