Subaru EJ20 running rough after replacing snapped timing belt

I would suspect a bent valve or two when the belt snapped. Verify the belt installation is correct and the timing marks line up. Do a compression test. If a valve is bent, the head has to come off and the valve(s) replaced.

Shudder on full lock turning

Just because you changed the fluid doesn't mean if this is automatic transmission clutch plate chatter that will cure it. I have fixed this issue by using synthetic transmission fluid from REDLINE OIL. You can also try adding 3 ounces of STALUBE limited slip differential anti friction additive, it will not affect the transmission in any way but it does cure clutch plate chatter..

Cooling fan relays will not energize

A few questions for you. If this is equipped with a/c if you turn the a/c on do the coolant fans operate? How many terminals are on the relays you're referring to? When you say the car is started and the voltage drops to near nothing is this after a cold start or is this after the vehicle has been running awhile so it would be at operating tempatue requiring or being at the correct temp. for the fan or fans to warrant them to be working at that time?

Leaking fluid 2000 Forester

next time you notice the wet patch try and see if it is close to the a/c drain pipe under the car. If it is ambient temp that is hot and the humidity is up as well it may simple be that the a/c is removing extra water vapor from the air inside the car and this will leak out onto the ground as you drive and for a short time after you park. The difference from now to then will be the temp gauge reading while you are driving

2000 subaru forester/wiring for a trailer

The easiest way is to go to any RV dealer, or most Autoparts stores and buy an adapter. They plug in to your existing wiring harness under rear of vehicle and then you simply plug your connector in to it from there. Saves trying to figure it all out and cutting or splicing into your existing wiring and possibly causing problems later.

Forester very noisy...thought maybe exhaust

Check the timing belt first, before anything else. The noise may have been the belt slapping the belt covers.

I have a 2000 Subaru

You need to get a good penetrating oil like PB Blaster and spray heavily the door lock mechanism (not the hinge or the light button) and let it soak for a while (20 minutes or more) - then close/open the door to work the movement of the mechanism. It is a common issue on Subaru's.
