Car dies out when making
There was a rack and pinion issue with 1996 Lexus LX 450 that involved the input shaft lower pinion bearing. If your car is suffering from this issue, it starts with a problem while turning right. The power steering pump will "lock up" due to a pressure demand increase from the rack causing the car to stall. As soon as it stops running, the pump frees up until you turn right again, and if you're on the bad spot on the pinion bearing, it will happen again. Once the pinion bearing re-aligns itself, all will be normal until it binds again. If your car growls on occasion when turning, I'd bet this is your issue if the crank position senor wiring checks out ok.
My engine is leaking oil
You'll need to find out from where in order to fix it. Get the engine steam cleaned and afterwards the source of the leak will be clearer.
If there are multiple leaks then you probably have a faulty or gunged up crankcase ventilation valve (PCV).
